Terms and Conditions - 

Mechanical Liability Disclaimer:

J F Tuning Ltd are not liable for the fail ure of mechanical or electrical parts (e.g., turbos, injectors, clutches) 
following a remap. Remapping places higher demands on components, and pre-existing weaknesses are the owner's responsibility.

Vehicle Suitability Warranty -

The customer is required to warrant that the vehicle is in good mechanical order and regularly serviced. Reserve the right to refuse service if diagnostic checks reveal faults.

Manufacturer Warranty & Insurance -

Please note that the service may 
invalidate manufacturer warranties and that the customer is solely responsible for informing their insurance provider.

Road Legality & Emissions -

Please note that modifications like DPF, EGR, or AdBlue deletes are for off-road use only due to environmental and MOT regulations.

Performance Guarantees -

All quoted power and torque gains are approximate figures and vary based on the vehicle's age and condition. 

Refund Policy -

Due to the nature of remapping, we are unable to offer a refund for services provided. If you are unhappy with your remap we can put it back to stock for you at no additional cost to yourself within 7 days of remap completion.

Booking Fees/Deposits -

Deposits and booking fees are 
non-refundable if a customer cancels within 48 hours of their appointment.

Mobile Call-Out Fees -

Call-Out fees of £50 will apply if you 
require us to come out to you.

Administrative & Website Terms -

Intellectual Property: 
Customers are prohibited from downloading, copying or tampering with tuning files created by J F Tuning Ltd.

Late Payments:
Each invoice will have a due date, failure to pay by the due date may include late fees of 4.5% interest on the balance owed.

Content Consent:
We may ask permission to take photos/videos of your vehicle for the purposes of social media and website advertising. Please note that identifying markers such as License Plate / VRM will be blacked out or removed before posting any images or videos.
